Roofology is on holidays to celebrate Chaley’s 40th birthday month.

The office will be closed from Wednesday 19 June. We will return all calls and emails when we get back in early July.

Hi Sean and Chaley,

I just wanted to send a quick email to thank the two of you for today. As I said to Sean, I won’t be here tomorrow and wanted to let you know how grateful we are for the work that you do for us.

We can always trust the advice that we are given. The work that Sean does is not only top quality but also totally trustworthy, which is hard to find in tradespeople nowadays.

As much as the roof in this place drives me nuts, I know we can always call the two of you and get it sorted out which is a real relief.

Sean turns 40!

Sean is turning 40 this month and we are taking a well earned break to celebrate. We are looking forward to some rest and relaxation, as well as spending time with our close family and friends.

The office will be closed from Friday 7 October until Tuesday 25 October. Any phone calls or emails we receive during this time will be answered when we get back from our holiday.

Callies Under 16’s Soccer Team



Our son Cassius joined the Under 12’s Bassendean Caledonians Junior Football Soccer Club in 2012 and this will be his second year as team goalie.

Roofology is very proud to sponsor the Under 16’s boys’ team this year, providing the team with new uniforms complete with the Roofology logo.

Well it’s that time of the year when the weather starts to cause delays and we want to touch base with our clients to let you know where we are at.

From the initial inspection, Sean is responsible for locating your roofing problem, providing solutions and then completing the repairs. From a client’s perspective, it is reassuring to know that Sean will be the person doing your job. However, it can work against us when Sean is fighting a seemingly never ending battle against the elements and unexpected surprises left by tradespeople who have worked on the roof previously.

Working in the elements has many challenges. Roofs become slippery when wet. Gutters and downpipes are difficult to work with when they are wet. Sealant does not stick to wet surfaces and needs time to dry. Ridge cap repairs and cement work need adequate curing/drying time for the product to set properly.

Our number one priority throughout the wetter months is Sean’s safety. Sean is extremely experienced on the roof, but accidents are more likely if he takes unnecessary risks on the roof. It is Sean’s decision whether the conditions are suitable on the day the job is booked in.

We thank each and every client for their patience and understanding as we work on catching up on jobs that have been delayed and rescheduled. If we haven’t already done so, we will update those of you waiting on a rescheduled start date as soon as we can.

For those of you who have recently accepted quotes and have not received a start date, we ask for your patience as Sean does his best to catch up over the next couple of weeks. Once we have a clearer picture of things, we will be able to schedule in these jobs.

If you have any concerns or questions about current delays, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Each and every client is important to us and we do not want to let anyone down.
